The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we have expanded our approach to many processes, including how we manage on-site inspections and face-to-face interactions between our professionals and our customers and claimants. We’ll work with you to choose the virtual claim options that best meet your individual situation.

On-site Inspections When Required
When an on-site inspection is needed, we will take necessary preventive health measures to ensure the safety of customers and employees. If someone in your home/business is at a higher risk of complications associated with COVID-19 or is exhibiting symptoms including a fever and cough, we will work with you to find a suitable virtual inspection option.
COVID-19 Exposure Reporting for Businesses in California
California Senate Bill 1159 is a new workers compensation law, signed by Governor Gavin Newsom on September 17, 2020, which contains the steps California employers must take when reporting COVID-19 employee exposures to their claims administrator or carrier. For dates of exposure on or after July 6, 2020, the law contains specific reporting requirements, which are outlined in the COVID-19 Exposure Reporting Form and in the California COVID-19 Legislation Webinar.
